Professor Fadi Comair Presents ECOMED Report to UNESCO-IHP Council

Professor Fadi Comair presented the UNESCO-IHP ECOMED Academy Network Report at the 27th Session of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Hydrological Programme (IHP) Council, held at UNESCO Headquarters from 1–5 June 2026. The Council acknowledged the significant progress achieved in developing the ECOMED Academy Network and supported continued efforts toward its formal establishment. The initiative serves as a regional platform for advancing water security, climate resilience, hydrodiplomacy, innovation, and capacity development across the Mediterranean and MENA regions.
