UOB signs an Agreement with the Municipality of Qalhat

The University of Balamand, represented by its President Dr. Elias Warrak, signed a cooperation agreement with the Municipality of Qalhat, represented by its President, Dr. Bakhus Wehbe, in the presence of members of the Municipal Council.
This agreement aims to provide scholarships to students from Qalhat at the University of Balamand.
Dr. Warrak praised the active role that the Municipality plays, stressing that this cooperation will contribute to strengthening the ties between the University and the town of Qalhat. In his turn, Dr. Wehbe also emphasized the importance of this cooperation, which is a testimony to the University of Balmand in extending a helping hand to those seeking education and knowledge.

اتفاقية تعاون بين جامعة البلمند وبلدية قلحات

وقعت جامعة البلمند ممثلةً برئيسها الدكتور الياس وراق اتفاقية تعاون مع بلدية قلحات ممثلةً برئيسها الدكتور باخوس وهبة، وبحضور أعضاء من المجلس البلدي.

تهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تقديم منحاً تعليمية لأبناء بلدة قلحات للالتحاق في جامعة البلمند.

وفي هذا الإطار، شدد الدكتور وراق على الدور الفاعل لبلدة قلحات الحاضنة للجامعة، مؤكداً أنَّ هذا التعاون سيسهم في تعزيز الروابط بين الجامعة والبلدة. كما أشاد الدكتور وهبة بأهمية هذا التعاون الذي يعتبر خير دليل على دور جامعة البلمند في مد يد المساعدة إلى طالبي العلم والمعرفة.
