The Office of Information Technology at UoB is dedicated to deliver the highest quality of IT services to our students, faculty, staff and visitors. The IT Department offers a wide variety of services like, but not limited to:


IT Operations - This Team is responsible for monitoring and managing the daily performance of the IT activities.
The Team monitors and approves the Requests for Change (RFCs) created in the Helpdesk Ticketing System.

IT Helpdesk - It is the first and the main point of contact between the IT Team and the end users.

IT Security - guarantees the safeguard of the University resources by protecting it from unauthorized access.

IT Governance - The main goal is to provide information about the level of compliance adopted within the University Management and the IT organization.

Project Management - Proper planning guarantees meeting deadline on-time and on budget.

Anti-Virus Check
The IT Team runs a full anti-virus scan on all UOB
computers every Thursday at 13:00. Leave your desktop
computer ON to check your computer from possible viruses.
