Partnerships and Collaborations
The Faculty of Health Sciences enters into cooperative agreements and partnerships with industry, and health and community organisations as part of its commitment to nurturing healthier communities and service in academia and research. Through the activities of its academic degree programs and the Co-Academic Programs, the Faculty has established an extensive network of international, regional and local partners and donors.
Their role has been essential to providing students with unique professional opportunities and training, and opportunities for research, employment and future growth. The collaborations and partnerships have contributed to fostering the mission of the Faculty to undertake community-based research and interventions that bridge academic and community-oriented work, and nurture campus/community relationships.
