Dr. Mnayer Participates in ERASMUS+ Exchange Program at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

As part of the ERASMUS+ International Credit Mobility program between the University of Balamand and the University of Thessaloniki (Greece), Dr. Dima Mnayer, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the Faculty of Health, participated as a guest lecturer from 17 to 21 June 2024 at the Faculty of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She taught Master's students in Food Science and Technology on Food Safety System Certification. This exchange will allow to establish professional contacts and to develop collaborative research, which will open the opportunity for collaboration between both Universities.
