As has become a yearly tradition, a group of students from the School of Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Balamand embarked on a 3 month internship in France earlier this month. The internship is hosted by Ferrieres, France, in collaboration with ACCELIS Group. Through this training program, the students will gain hands-on experience in delivering premium hospitality services on an international scale. Sponsored by the University of Balamand and Accelis, this program has now become an integral part of the curriculum at the School of Tourism and Hotel Management at UOB.

Internships and training programs within such a world-class framework are of utmost importance for the personal and professional development of students aiming to work in the ever-evolving tourism and hospitality industry. Each year, more than 40 students undergo training as part of the school's agreements with national and international leaders in the hospitality industry.
