CERTIFICATE DURATION AND MODE OF DELIVERY
The HR Business Partner Professional Certificate program extends over a total period of 90 hours, or 10 weeks. Three online meetings are scheduled weekly outside the normal office working hours. The duration of each weekly meeting is 3 hours.


ASSESSMENT AND COMPLETION
  • • The assessment is in the form of 50 multiple-choice questions administered online at the completion of each course.
  • • Participants will have to pass each of the 5 courses with a grade of 70% or better.
  • • Participants not meeting the above requirements will have to repeat the failing course.
  • • Upon passing the 5 courses, participants will earn the ‘HR Business Partner Professional Certificate’.
