CERTIFICATE DURATION AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
The certificate total duration is 18 hours, spread over 3 weeks and a half. The frequency of meetings will be twice a week,
with each meeting spreading over 2.5 hours.

FACILITATOR BIO
Ms. Sasha Berzghal
The facilitator is a Lawyer and a seasoned professional with expertise in Corporate Governance, Management, law, and Compliance.
She served as the Secretary to the Board of Directors and Head of Corporate Governance Department in one of the esteemed banks
in Lebanon, providing proper oversight for local and abroad entities. She also had senior roles in international banks and corporations
demonstrating strong background in legal and business matters. She is proficient in regulations, with a track record in mitigating risks
and maintaining ethical standards.
