The School of Tourism and Hotel Management at the University of Balamand would like to congratulate its students Elie Saba and Dina Tohme for winning the “Silver Medal” in the Live Junior Chef Cooking Competition and in the Live Junior Sandwich Competition, which took place on Thursday 4 April, 2019 at Biel - Beirut. Many students from different hospitality universities and leading technical schools in Lebanon were competing to demonstrate their skills and share their culinary passion and creativity in a highly competitive atmosphere.

Hospitality Services has been organizing HORECA in Beirut since 1993 which is the region’s largest hospitality exhibition. It serves as an annual meeting place for both the hospitality and food & beverage service industries within and beyond the Middle East Region.
