International GIS Expert/Consultant, MASAR Consortium for local Governments Project

Project Objective
MASAR for Local Governments is a program funded by the EU MADAD trust fund. MASAR project is being implemented by a consortium of European entities.

Expected Outputs

• - Provide GIS support in Duhok and Sumel District
• - Develop a GIS Implementation Road Map for Duhok GIS Center and make it the GIS Data hub for all the government directorates and Link it with Erbil Data Center
• - Develop a GIS Data Governance Strategy for Duhok GIS Center
• - Supervise the GIS Capacity Building for Duhok Goevrenrate
• - Review and approve all the GIS training materials Data Analyst, Market Watch
