About the Faculty

The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Balamand was established in 1992 and has grown over the years to become a focal point for engineering, not only in Lebanon but also in the region and internationally. Bearing in mind the values and mission of the University as a whole, as well as the specificities and traits of the engineering profession, the Faculty has defined its vision and mission in the following terms:

The Faculty of Engineering strives to provide its scholars with the best opportunities to advance engineering knowledge in an environment that promotes excellence in learning, innovation, ethical responsibility, and concern for society.
