AI is no longer a “future trend”; it is actively transforming recruitment, performance management, L&D, and employee engagement. CERTIFICATE OUTLINE

The certificate will be delivered online, with live interactive sessions, hands on labs, and guided activities. Participants will meet two times per week, with each session lasting three hours. This weekly structure ensures enough time for concept explanation, practical demonstrations, and immediate application through real business use cases. The certificate includes four modules, each covering a key HR function where AI creates measurable impact.

TARGETED AUDIENCE

Participants are expected to have basic digital literacy and familiarity with HR workflows, but no programming background is required. In this section, the course designer pinpoints the various technical and behavioral competencies that will be developed through the course material, including its exercises and activities.

  • Skill in using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Sheets/ATS data) to generate insights and automate recruitment, onboarding, and HR communication.

  • Enhanced capability to personalize employee development, learning journeys, performance coaching, and career pathing with AI.

CERTIFICATE DURATION AND METHOD OF DELIVERY

The total duration of the certificate is 18 hours. It will be delivered online, with live interactive sessions, hands-on labs, and guided activities. Participants will meet twice per week, with each session lasting three hours. This weekly structure ensures enough time for concept explanation, practical demonstrations, and immediate application through real business use cases. It consists of four modules.

TESTING AND CERTIFICATES

There will be no test, exam, or project requirement for this program. Participation is based on attendance and active engagement during the sessions. At the end of the program, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

FACILITATOR SHORT BIO AND PHOTO
Rabih Kahaleh

Rabih Kahaleh is a software and AI solutions expert specializing in workplace automation, HR technology, and AI-enabled talent decision support. He holds a master’s degree in educational technology and is currently completing his Ph.D. research in Generative AI in Education. In parallel to his academic work, he leads software and web development initiatives and supervises digital transformation projects at the University of Balamand. His professional experience includes designing AI-powered HR workflows, developing automation pipelines for recruitment, engagement, and performance, and integrating intelligent tools into HR operations and learning environments. He has trained HR leaders, executives, and managers on how to adopt AI to reduce administrative workload, improve employee experience, enhance talent analytics, and support faster, fairer, and more strategic HR decisions. He brings both the technical depth and the HR-specific practical implementation experience needed to guide professionals in applying AI for real organizational workforce transformation.
