Field trip to the biomass production plant (SabioP)
The Environmental and Energy Economics program at the Institute of Environment organized an awareness event on climate change and renewable energy. 377 students from different schools visited Al Koura Plant for Biofuel Production in Kfarhazir as part of the Sustainable Action for Bioenergy Production project, funded by the European Union and implemented by the University of Balamand in partnership with Koura Municipalities Union and El Koura Development Council.
