UOB Students Participating in the Lebanese Collegiate Programming Competition

The University of Balamand (UOB) is proud to celebrate the participation of nine students from the Department of Computer Science at UOB in the Lebanese Collegiate Programming Competition (LCPC), guided by Dr. Houda Ghamloush, Assistant Professor at the Department. The competition took place at the American University of Beirut (AUB) and was organized in collaboration with the Computer Science Syndicate.

LCPC serves as the Lebanese equivalent of The International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC), a renowned algorithmic programming competition for students. In this competition, teams of three students, representing their respective universities, collaborate to solve real-world problems. This challenge encourages teamwork, creativity, innovation, and the ability to thrive under pressure. ICPC stands as one of the world's most esteemed, longstanding, and extensive programming contests.
