On July 26, 2024, the University of Balamand's Office of Advancement hosted an Alumni Gathering at the President's House on the Koura Campus. More than 400 alumni from various countries came together for an unforgettable evening filled with memories, connections, and networking.

The event was attended by the University's President, Vice-Presidents, Chief Operating Officer, Deans, and faculty members. During the gathering, alumni reunited and exchanged stories, rekindling old connections and creating new memories.

Dr. Elias Warrak, President of the University of Balamand, presented to the audience a comprehensive overview of the university. He highlighted the institution's achievements, milestones, and societal contributions, showcasing the significant progress made over the past 12 months. President Warrak also briefed the attendees on some of the University's future strategic plans.

During the event, alumni who graduated 20 or 30 years ago were honored, recognizing their long-standing connection to the university.

This Alumni Gathering was a wonderful chance for alumni to reconnect after many years. It brought them together, allowing them to catch up, share memories, and renew friendships. By organizing the event, the university aimed to strengthen relationships among former students, celebrate their shared experiences, and reinforce the sense of community.
