In a concerted effort to prepare students for the demands of modern professional landscapes, the Career Services Center at the University of Balamand organized a series of impactful events during the fall semester, engaging students across various disciplines. These initiatives aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, equipping participants with essential skills and insights for their future careers.

Among the highlights, Forward MENA hosted a booth on campus to introduce students to their upcoming programs, fostering awareness about industry-relevant skills and career opportunities. The Malia Group Mock Interview Session for Business Seminar students offered invaluable practical experience. Students honed their interview techniques and received personalized feedback from industry professionals, boosting their confidence for future job interviews. Meanwhile, students gained a competitive edge through the workshop titled “How to Make Your CV ATS Compatible”, led by experts Rami Rawas and Carine Jamous in collaboration with Hired.

For engineering students, the Matelec Recruitment Seminar provided an exclusive platform for exploring career opportunities in the engineering field. The event showcased Matelec's innovative projects and highlighted the skills required to excel in this competitive industry.

Education students benefited from the MMKN Info Session, which emphasized teaching methodologies and provided insights into the education sector's evolving needs. Meanwhile, Chemical Engineering students participated in two immersive site visits: IPT and Zeenni, where they experienced real-world applications of their studies and gained firsthand exposure to cutting-edge industry practices.

Rounding off the semester’s events was the Alumni Online CV Writing Session, which reconnected alumni with the university and empowered them with advanced resume-writing strategies tailored to current market trends.
