Students from the Faculty of Business and Management at the University of Balamand recently attended a roundtable event hosted by Debbane Saikali, titled “Women with Goals”. This opportunity, provided by the Career Services Center, took place on March 4th, 2025, at Le Royale Hotel, focused on empowering and supporting female graduates as they transition into the professional world.

“Women with Goals” is an initiative by Debbane Agriculture, aimed at providing mentorship and guidance to graduating women entering various industries. The program offers a unique opportunity for students to receive personalized career coaching, industry insights, networking opportunities with top female leaders, and skill development.

During the event, participants had the chance to engage with accomplished professionals who shared their experiences and valuable advice on navigating career paths.

The roundtable session focused on resume building, interview preparation, personal branding, and gaining insights into leadership roles, making it an invaluable experience for those attending.
